I don't get it if you say stuff like "shuntsu [run]" or "koutsu [triple]," so I want you to say "straight flush" or "three of a kind." (Westerner)
There's so much mahjong terminology to learn that even if I ask for explanations, I don't understand the terminology and get stuck.
I'm sure games with complex systems are fun once you learn them, but it's a big hurdle until you do.

I'm such a mahjong beginner, I'm crying over not being able to call agari even once.
The only way you have to observe, consider, and judge things is your own brain, so already it's impossible to look at things objectively, yet paradoxically, realizing that is the first step toward objectivity.
When you have such a fun time being with your friends, it's lonely afterward! But I'm really grateful for meetups so fun they make me feel lonely...
Today the doctor said they couldn't beat the elder dragons in Iceborne and gave up, which reminded me of Kushala Daora in Iceborne, so I had a spasm and died.

In my dream, I was like "what's the difference between quick sort and bubble sort, again?", and was shown some kind of color-coded chart I'd never seen before and told "You forgot about this too...?", but I guess I did forget that chart?
I'm relatively able to make songs in any genre, but I wouldn't say I can create with the same energy in any genre.

When I look up things about space development, I find there's a bunch of projects advancing that I just didn't know about, so I look forward to checking on them.
People say things like "I can't die until my favorite media finishes," but if you stan space, human lifespaces are too pathetic for that.
I'm looking forward to them maybe progressing on terraforming Mars, or maybe achieving thermonuclear power and mining helium-3 on the moon, within my lifetime.
It feels so restricting how space is so huge, but the places humans can go are so limited.

I've been struck down by the thought that human brains can't intuitively understand the concept of infinity ever since high school math.
I've got no clue whether the theory the Big Bang itself was a white hole is realistic or not, but it's super interesting for sure.
Black holes just being stupid-heavy celestial bodies, I can't remotely imagine materials that get sucked in going through a wormhole to somewhere else, but the very fact of "infinite density" already goes beyond imagination, making it feel like anything might as well happen.
If gamma ray bursts are white holes, is it like black holes are stationed in various places yet white holes are akin to making appearances at events? Or maybe there's another universe that's just full of white holes?
I like the theory that gamma ray bursts might actually be white holes.
When it comes to composition, if it's no good, it's entirely no good, so I'm thankfully able to stay in good spirits scrapping it even if it was time-consuming...

The trouble is that making instrumental songs is deathly tiring, but the more deathly tiring it is the better it turns out.

Even if people tell me it's a heavy thing to bring up, any occurrence that gets etched into your life is just a fact and something you gotta live with being part of your life.
Some people say talking about death is too heavy, but it's something near to us, and I feel like being alive is a miraculous thing to start with. But thinking how those people must be surrounded by people living healthily to the point they don't really feel the reality of that makes me a bit envious.
