There's no right or wrong when it comes to values, and if you start judging them and it comes to a point where you can't even forgive yourself, it gets truly exhausting, so it's important that we all let ourselves be different and stay in good mental health.
This got me thinking that this is the way people's values diverge.
I'm not going to say that's correct, and I know there are people who'd prefer to throw out anything sad as if it never happened and thus find it easier being denied, but still.
I'm of the opinion of taking even your sadness along and making the future bright... Saying the time you spent being sad was nothing but a waste might be the saddest conclusion of all.
I feel like before, when I wanted to encourage people, I'd write lyrics that were like "drive out the sadness and cheer up," but now I kinda feel like if I were told that, it'd hurt and feel like I was being denied for feeling sad, so I've come down with an illness where I can't write that kind of thing.
It's sad when it feels like my works have lost spontaneity, but I still have lots of spontaneity for doing stupid stuff, so maybe it's not like I've necessarily lost stamina.
I wanna say so much I'm gonna cry.
