Thinking aimlessly about what sort of songs to make for my next album...

My mind is dividing.

Single line I wrung out after 30 minutes: "The fleeting beauty of this night, known only by my heartbeat"
My current feelings: "Wanna eat hot dogs."

Cubase crashed without even a sound, so I'm on Twitter.

Streams for people who find augments and half-diminisheds erotic...

When you say you want to make music, what kind of music you want to make completely changes what you should do. People who want to make music with a captivating tune or beat rather than chords might not find my streams to be any help, I feel like...

Also, for anyone who wants to make songs like mine, I do live composition streams, so come watch.

Young people are amazing because they have sensibilities only young people have.

RT @_MitchieM #OneThingNewVocaloidProducersShouldDo I was thinking of tweeting something with this hashtag, but I'd seem like an old man eager to offer advice, so I didn't. :sweatdrops:
I felt this so hard that I too could only say something like "wash your hands before eating."

Having the ability to decipher something you made by feel is useful for having a mutual understanding when you're out recording, so in that sense I think it's good to have knowledge of theory, but if it's just you having fun making music, I don't feel like it's essential at all.

I feel like there's always been the question of whether you should learn theory before making music, or make music by feel. I'm completely in the latter camp.

Wash your hands before eating.

Don't you ever get cuteness overload just from seeing your fave search for an apron so they can make sweets???
This ends my report.

Tesro-sama trying to forget their various sorrows with strong drink is cute.

I gotta say, I really like Tesro-sama's Baka Mitai cover...

Tags are useful for when you suddenly want to look back on your work.

[Retweeting a clip from her obscure kanji test stream] I'd like to do kanji tests again too...

[Retweeting the clip of her interrupting drawing to explain spaghettification] I'd like to do a drawing stream again.

But I'm not an oil baron, so all I can do is destroy my right arm sequencing a full orchestra with a mouse.

If I became an oil baron, I'd honestly want to do this with all my songs.

I've had a few other songs performed by a symphony, but Alice was orchestral to start with, so it's incredibly faithful to the original, and just amazing the way it fulfills everything I wanted to do with it...

It's just using a modification of a piano MIDI I composed back in high school.

This is a full orchestra song I half-killed myself composing with a mouse.

I wanna make another fully orchestrated song, but it's so hard I'll die.

This timeline where the Tokyo Philharmonic performed one of my songs is wild...

I was eating a melon in my dream. :melon:
It was a dream, so when I woke up, it was gone...
