I never thought the day would come that I was waiting on a panel awarding a big prize like you only ever see on variety TV... Such a valuable experience.
In truth, I have good meat thawing in the fridge as a reward for the concert.
Being congratulated for today's concert by a bunch of people I've gotten to know through a bunch of encounters has given me a taste of Kiki's feelings in the last scene of Kiki's Delivery Service...
It's become a super precious and deeply memorable song for me...

Victory is something I'd only done when putting grilled meat on white rice, or drinking a cold beer after soaking in a hot spring. True victory is amazing.
I couldn't listen to the judges' discussion after the concert because I was busy moving, but I super wanna hear it... I wanna hear it so bad...

Suddenly sending my family on LINE the objectionable message of "I appeared in a concert and won."
Honestly, I stressed out so much making this song, and one time tearfully scrapped all the lyrics and sulked in bed then got up and took the sheet music to a cafe to work on lyrics all day, but thinking how all that suffering had a meaning makes me cry a lot.
Yuragi-san was truly amazing, I'm confident I wouldn't have won the grand prize without Yuragi-san... Hopeful for future activity...!!
