Thunder Goddess Dragon

An anthropomorphic blue dragon woman with jagged horns and billowy blonde hair, posing enticingly on a cushion and creating sparks from one of her claws. She wears a gown with a sash, numerous necklaces around her long neck, and loose bracelets on her wrists.

She got mistaken for some kind of thunder goddess - can't imagine why - but like, she's not about to turn down being pampered.
