Gem Kobold

A kobold-like woman holding a red gem carefully in her claws and excitedly examining it with a loupe. She has green gems embedded into her skin in various places, and dark scaly spots. She wears a big floppy hat which her horns stick out through, and a swishy light-blue dress.

She just thinks they're neat!
