Delinquent Dragon

An anthropomorphic dragon woman with a menacing delinquent look, sitting on the ground with one knee up, a clawed hand resting upon it. The top part of her face is shadowed, and the corner of her mouth is slightly open in a grin. She has bandages wrapped around her chest and a long skirt that reaches to the ground, reminiscent of a sukeban's.
